Rachel Creamer

Rachel Creamer is chair of the Soil Biology group at Wageningen University. Rachel Creamer has worked as a soil pedologist for the last 21 years, specialising in soil quality, soil biological indicator assessment and soil classification. She has coordinated various national and European (H2020 – LANDMARK) research projects and published over 50 papers and a book. Rachel Creamer was appointed Chair of the Soil Biology Group (previously Soil Biology and Biological Soil Quality) in August 2015. The Soil Biology group is one of four chair groups focussed on soil systems and soil quality. The focus of the soil biology chair group is the role of soil life in delivering soil functions.


Her talk will be on 'How can we assess the multi-funtionality of our soils in a changing climate? From measurements to policy perspectives.'
